At Holland Bloorview, IDEAA-centred communications became a key way to foster belonging, elevate diverse voices and respond credibly to an increasingly complex external environment. This talk will share how the team built a scalable approach that embedded inclusion across internal and external channels, from everyday storytelling and visual communications to a formal protocol for responding to major external incidents. Attendees will learn how authenticity, consultation and consistency can strengthen trust while ensuring people feel seen, respected and supported. The presentation will also offer practical lessons on building repeatable communications processes that reflect values, protect psychological safety and reinforce organizational credibility.
